The Company’s tutoring financial advisors China International Capital Corporation (CICC), BOC International and CITIC Securities have filed a “pre-listing tutoring report” with the China Securities Regulatory Commission’s (CSRC) Shanghai branch, a step preceding a listing application. Syngenta Group’s intended listing would require a formal submission and be subject to approvals from relevant regulators.
